Return Policy:
C-Land Guest Services has a 30 day return policy. The customer must
pay for the return shipping of the product. The product must be in
new condition as received. A valid reason must be given for return.
Damaged Product: All Products are shipped FOB our locations.
If there was a damage problem with your order - you must accept
product and email info@clandguestservices.com within 36 hours
of receipt. We will help you submit a claim to UPS if you need
assistance. Do not allow UPS to take the package - no matter what
the driver says as it will hold up any replacement shipment and claim.
Please take pictures of the damage goods so we can include them in
the claim to UPS.
